1. Faire is committed to empowering SMBs, how do you connect/resonate with that mission? How does it influence your approach in Sales?
2. Describe a situation when you got constructive feedback from a Manager. How did you take it and how do you incorporate it into your everyday?
What she looks for in answers:

-> We hire people that are committed and bought in to the mission
-> When you're not, it makes it harder to sell
-> What we look for
--> How much do you know about Faire? What did you research? Our Values?
--> How does our mission resonate with your personal story?
--> Would you be excited?
-> What we flag
--> Haven't done any research or provide a one-liner, don't go into detail or ask
2. Describe a situation when you got constructive feedback from a Manager. How did you take it and how do you incorporate it into your everyday?
-> Sometimes SDRs don't have a work example, answers can be real life
-> Flags
--> They think they did perfect and have no area of growth
--> They weren't receptive, blamed people
--> Wasn't curious about the feedback and asked to learn more
-> What we look for
--> Multiple examples showing reception of feedback and detailing how it was used
--> "Because I got this feedback, here's what I did proactively to get more..."
Advice:
"When talking about what attracted you to a career in Sales (as an SDR), don't say that you see it as a fast track to being an AE. Have a clear and confident answer that shows your commitment to doing this for a while. How you want to build skills for a successful career in Sales and how you understand you need to put in the work."
