
About Me
For the past 10 years I've worked for 3 SaaS companies at different periods of growth. One of them an Applicant Tracking System, another a Recruiting Marketplace.
Sadly, massive layoffs hit in 2020 and 2022.
It's hard to find training on how to become a better candidate or a better interviewer during interviews but CEOs consistently rank hiring as one of their top initiatives.
In 2023 I left my job to help full time.
I've had the privilege of being a part of growth throughout my career.
A boot-strapped startup, that went from 29 -> over 100 employees.
A Series B company that went from 36 -> over 250 employees across two international offices (acquired in 2022).
A Unicorn that went from 147 -> 800 across three international offices (valued at over $3.5B).
I've had the honor of working with every person in a recruiting org from recruiter to CHRO (and CEO).
I've also been a candidate, interviewer, hiring manager and worked with recruiting orgs to build recruiting processes.
Now I'm focused on building resources to get more people hired by improving the interview, for the candidate and the interviewer.
When I'm not working on .Community, I'm advising startups on GTM strategy (Sales and Customer Success), sit on two nonprofit boards (SitStayRead and The Takeoff Institute) and work as a Mentor at (First Round Capital & StreetWise).
