Looking For A Fit

I'm hiring and want to be clear about what I'm looking for.
This should be obvious for Hiring Managers, but it's not.
Tell people what you’re looking for.
It makes candidates feel relieved. Doesn’t matter if it’s on the job description or in the interview (should be both!)
If outbound activity is needed and you need X dials/day, say it.
There should be a specific fit for what you need.
“It’s about finding the right fit…”
Derek Jankowski, Head of SMB Sales @ arketa says,
“I want a 95% likelihood that they’ll be good at the job + like it”
You can’t train/coach on every aspect of Sales.
Find what you want to train for and find what you hire for.
